• • Business info — anything you submit as part of a listing (name, address, hours, photos, ownership docs).
• • Usage data — pages you view, searches you make, and actions you take (clicks, calls, share). We use this to improve the directory and to give owners analytics for their listing.
• • Support conversations — messages you send our AI concierge, support agent, and contact form.

How we use it

• • Run the directory and personalize your experience.
• • Give business owners analytics for their own listings.
• • Send transactional emails (confirmation, password reset, review notifications).
• • Detect fraud, verify ownership, and enforce our Terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the vendors we need to run the service — hosting, database, authentication, email, AI models, and (when enabled) payment processing. Every vendor is bound by a data processing agreement.

Verification documents

Ownership documents you upload to verify a listing are stored in a private bucket, accessible only to you and our review team. They are deleted 90 days after verification completes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Business owners can delete their own listing and account from the dashboard. For anything else, email us via /contact.

Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
